Informatii Livrare
Pentru produsele aflate în stoc comenzile se livrează în 24 ore – maxim 48 ore după confirmarea telefonică a comenzii (excepţie sâmbătă şi duminică şi zilele de sărbători legale). Acest interval de timp nu este garantat şi pot exista situaţii în care comanda va ajunge la dvs după 48 ore. Nu garantăm un timp minim de livrare, acest lucru depinde exclusiv de curier.
Pentru produsele care nu se află în stoc sau pentru situaţiile în care un produs apare disponibil spre comandă pe site dar nu este disponibil în stocul fizic al magazinului livrarea poate dura până la 3 săptămâni. Vi se va trimite o înştiinţare în acest sens pe email sau veţi fi contactat telefonic.
Comenzile se livrează prin curier rapid (DPD,FAN COURIER). Livrarea se va efectua la adresa specificată de dvs în formularul de comandă
Valoarea totală de plată (produse + transport) va fi afişată automat înainte de trimiterea comenzii.
Pentru localitatile care sunt in afara ariei de acoperire si pentru care se percepe o taxa suplimentara de transport (mai putin de 0.2 % din localitatile din Romania) vei fi contactat telefonic sau prin email.
Poti alege intre a se livra coletul la locatia aleasa de tine sau poti alege sa ridici coletul dintr-un sediu al curierului apropiat de tine.
Orice comanda peste 1500 RON are transportul platit de noi (pentru tine livrarea este gratuita).
ACHIZIȚII SEAP - SICAP
V-am pregatit doua metode de a comanda!
1. Direct pe site
Pentru a demara procesul de achiziție, vă rugăm să urmăriți pașii următori:
Plasați o comandă pe site-ul nostru, parcurgând toate etapele de achiziție, iar în comentariu să precizați că doriți procurarea produselor prin platforma SEAP – SICAP. Nu ezitati sa ne contactati pentru orice nelamurire.
După primirea comenzii, vă vom contacta (aveti grija sa introduceti toate datele de contact necesare) pentru confirmarea configurației și cantității produselor comandate. După verificarea și confirmarea telefonică, vom pune la dispoziție produsele și pe platforma SEAP – SICAP.
Îndată ce produsele devin disponibile pe SEAP, veți fi anunțați și veți putea începe procedura de achiziție publică electronică.
După inițierea achiziției si deliberarea ofertei, comanda va fi expediată și factura fiscal va fi expediată electronic pe adresa de email furnizată.
Va rugam sa mentionati in campul de observatii – in momentul plasarii comenzii – ca doriti publicarea pachetului in catalogul electronic SEAP/SICAP
In acest fel, comanda va ajunge la colegii nostri responsabili de achizitii publice si va fi procesata in cel mai scurt timp.
2. Prin telefon sau e-mail.
Ne puteti contacta telefonic la numarul 0728 472 104 sau pe e-mail vanzari@gsc.com.ro. Colegii nostri vor prelua comanda si va vor transmite ulterior oferta.
Oferta va fi transmisa pe e-mailul dumneavoastra dupa plasarea comenzii pe site sau a transmiterii acesteia catre noi prin alte mijloace. In urma acceptarii ofertei, vom publica produsele in catalogul SEAP/SICAP, sub forma de pachet sau individual, dupa cum sunt specificatiile cererii dumneavoastra.
Va urma sa va transmitem denumirea si codul cu care produsele au fost publicate in catalogul electronic. Dupa initierea si acceptarea cumpararii directe, vom expedia produsele catre adresa de livrare mentionata de dumneavoastra.

Informatii privind DEEE
Deseurile de echipamente electrice si electronice (denumite in continuare DEEE), sunt echipamentele electrice si electronice care constituie deseuri in sensul pct. 9 din anexa nr. 1 la Legea nr. 211/2011 privind regimul deseurilor, republicata, inclusiv componentele, subansamblele si produsele consumabile care fac parte integranta din produs in momentul inccare acesta devine deseu. DEEE pot contine substante periculoase ce au un impact negativ asupra mediului si sanatatii umane in cazul in care nu sunt colectate separat.
Avand in vedere prevederile OUG 195/2005 privind protectia mediului, Legea nr.211/2011 privind regimul deseurilor, HG nr.322/2013 privind restrictiile de utilizare a anumitor substante periculoase in echipamentele electrice si electronice si O.U.G. 5/2015 privind deseurile de echipamente electrice si electronice, clientii vor avea in vedere urmatoarele:
- Cumparatorii au obligatia de a nu elimina deseurile de echipamente electrice si electronice (DEEE) ca deseuri municipale nesortate si de a colecta separat aceste DEEE.
- Simbolul care indica faptul ca echipamentele electrice si electronice fac obiectul unei colectari separate reprezinta o pubela cu roti barata cu o cruce insotita de marcajul negru, ca in imaginea prezentata
- Aceasta pictograma indica faptul ca DEEE nu trebuie amestecate cu deseuri menajere si ca acestea fac obiectul unei colectari separate.
Incearcă acasă, pe stradă şi la birou să dai un exemplu celor din jur:
– colectează separat obiectele din plastic şi hărtie şi depune-le numai în containerele speciale aflate în jurul casei sau în magazine; foloseşte cît mai puţine pungi de plastic (acestea se degradează într-o perioadă de câteva sute de ani); să ne gândim de exemplu, că o pungă de plastic pe care o folosim poate o singură dată pentru cumpărături şi o aruncăm necorespunzător va polua mediul înconjurător pentru noi, copii şi nepoţii noştri şi probabil pentru următoarele 2- 3 generaţii. Acelaşi lucru se poate întâmpla cu substanţele periculoase care sunt conţinute în aparatura electrică şi care ajung din neglijenţă în sol, apă sau aer.
-predă DEEE-urile şi toate tipurile de baterii numai la punctele de colectare special amenajate.

Avand in vedere prevederile OUG 195/2005 privind protectia mediului, Legea nr.211/2011 privind regimul deseurilor, HG nr.322/2013 privind restrictiile de utilizare a anumitor substante periculoase in echipamentele electrice si electronice si O.U.G. 5/2015 privind deseurile de echipamente electrice si electronice, clientii vor avea in vedere urmatoarele:
- Cumparatorii au obligatia de a nu elimina deseurile de echipamente electrice si electronice (DEEE) ca deseuri municipale nesortate si de a colecta separat aceste DEEE.
- Simbolul care indica faptul ca echipamentele electrice si electronice fac obiectul unei colectari separate reprezinta o pubela cu roti barata cu o cruce insotita de marcajul negru, ca in imaginea prezentata
- Aceasta pictograma indica faptul ca DEEE nu trebuie amestecate cu deseuri menajere si ca acestea fac obiectul unei colectari separate.
Incearcă acasă, pe stradă şi la birou să dai un exemplu celor din jur:
– colectează separat obiectele din plastic şi hărtie şi depune-le numai în containerele speciale aflate în jurul casei sau în magazine; foloseşte cît mai puţine pungi de plastic (acestea se degradează într-o perioadă de câteva sute de ani); să ne gândim de exemplu, că o pungă de plastic pe care o folosim poate o singură dată pentru cumpărături şi o aruncăm necorespunzător va polua mediul înconjurător pentru noi, copii şi nepoţii noştri şi probabil pentru următoarele 2- 3 generaţii. Acelaşi lucru se poate întâmpla cu substanţele periculoase care sunt conţinute în aparatura electrică şi care ajung din neglijenţă în sol, apă sau aer.
-predă DEEE-urile şi toate tipurile de baterii numai la punctele de colectare special amenajate.
Numai împreună putem schimba lucrurile în bine.
